All of my translations undergo close inspection by myself before delivery. For this purpose I use the QA tools available in-app, e.g. in Trados or MemoQ or I use Verifika to check in particular numerical material for correctness. Besides this, I review my own translations for language quality and correctness of all contents. On request, I can provide external proofreading by a business partner to satisfy the 4-eyes principle.

Spamalot also offers express and over-the-weekend services in urgent cases.

Spamalot also offers discounts for particularly large projects of more than 5,000 words. I will draw up a quotation for your specific project and discuss with you how to proceed.

If you have a pre-existing translation and you would like to make changes to your source text that need to be implemented in the translation as well, no problem. I offer editing services at my hourly rate or we can agree on a mixed rate for documents in need of editing and additions to the text.

You have a data set on hard copy or PDF and need it in Excel or you have a text document and need the data recreated in the translation? Spamalot will do your alpha-numerical data entries of large volume and/or on tight deadline at the same standards of quality and accuracy as Spamalot provides all other services for your project.

For documents with more than 25 pages of data processing or presentation materials Spamalot will charge a fee based on an estimate of hours required. Speed is of the essence and the realistic lump-sum charge refers to the estimated word processing hours, so you can stay in business with Spamalot for your work.
